Your tasks:
- Lead a software development effort with both (onsite and remote) engineers
- Main actor for requirements elicitation and software specifications
- Define software architecture
- Represent software team in core team and tech team
- Lead developer tests
Your qualifications
- Strong technical skills and experience with leading local and remote engineers
- Embedded C programming skills
- Knowledge of RT OS systems (RTX)
- Familiar with process tools
- Solid understanding of good firmware design principles
- Expertise with embedded development tools and best practices for robust software
- Good knowledge of embedded hardware
