Description

Project is the replacement of the SAP EIC case management application for HR Services (60.000 cases per month) with Service Cloud (SalesForce.com), including bringing the case management processes to industry standards based on Service Cloud out-of-the-box. We need this consultant especially to support the project team to bring our HR case management processes to Service Cloud out-of-the-box standards (standard configuration, no customization).
Technical Skills and Experience

* Very good experience with Salesforce.com and especially Service Cloud module.

. Experience with HR services case management processes.

. Working together with the project team to redefine the HR services case management processes to case management processes based on Service Cloud out of the box standards.

. Integration experience between Service Cloud and SAP HR

. Should be able to show that he/she has implemented Service Cloud for HR services organisations

Soft Skills and Experience:

- SAP HR processes and procedures would be a big plus.
- Wide and depth experience with out of the box implementation of salesforce.com (cloud module)
- Service management background would be a plus.
- Expert in SAP HR processes.
