Description
Job Description:- Conduct Quality Assurance audits for digital media products within Ad Operations to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Analyze scorecard results to determine improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Function as a subject matter expert for quality on all digital media products.
- Conduct audits to confirm products meet quality standards and process accuracy.
- Analyze scorecard data and provide improvement recommendations to management.
- Participate in calibration sessions within the Quality team.
- Support fulfillment teams when critical quality issues occur by investigating the root cause of the issue and provide solutions for corrective action.
- Participate and support quality initiatives under the Quality Program Plan.
Mandatory Skills:
- College degree required (Art, English or Journalism preferred); equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Web Design experience
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proofread digital products at a high-level; experience with AP Style preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve and investigate root cause fulfillment issues.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and elicit feedback from the Ad Operations' teams.
- Ability to integrate quality initiatives across Ad Operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Proofing - Ability to proofread digital products at a high level.
