eCommerce & Marketing Channel Coordinator
Bracknell

Summary

Our partner, a global manufacturing organisation are continuing to grow the eCommerce side of the business. We have an opportunity for an experienced channel/eCommerce coordinator to join an already established team. A high-impact, exciting role, working directly on the organisations Amazon account; this would suit an individual who has a passion for online marketing.

Summary of role's responsibilities

*Expansion of eCommerce product portfolio with Channel partners including Amazon
*Manage product portfolio content and generating and updating of eCommerce content and promotions in systems such as Amazon's Vendor Central to achieve A+ standards & optimised search results
*Reactive response to product level queries or supply issues from the Channel partners regarding existing eCommerce portfolio
*Support brand infringements submission process to improve search for key brands on Amazon
*Compliance, testing and on-site performance for eCommerce functional improvements
*Monitor key performance indicators suggesting ways to improve those including changes to product portfolio mix, variation linking (for cross-sell) or site structure/representation of product

Key Experience & Skills required

*Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CMS platforms (Amazon Vendor central advantageous) and Microsoft Office experience especially Excel.
*Clearly demonstrated experience of being highly-organised and a self-starter
*Previous experience of content optimisation using website or E-commerce CMS
*Computer literate and understanding of web technologies (FTP, browsers, HTML & CSS, data files)
*Numerically confident, familiar with data management and manipulation
*Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable
*Internal customer service skills and use of order management/customer fulfilment/dispute resolution in an E-commerce context
*Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (PPC, email, link generation, online pr, SEO, offline marketing and affiliate programmes, etc)
