Oracle Techno Functional HRMS Team Lead
Oracle Techno Functional HRMS Team Lead is required by Whitehall Resources for a 6 month extendable contract based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Team Lead will be responsible for development and maintenance of Oracle HRMS modules/applications to meet the business requirements for the client's needs. Consultant must have hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM module development - like Core HR, SSHR, Payroll and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
Required/Essential Skills:
* 7-10 years experience
* 5 end to end HRMS implementations
* Led at least two as a Team Leader
* Oracle HRMS Techno- functional expertise - (70% technical and 30%functional)
* Hands on experience on in Core HR, SSHR and Payroll modules
* Strong experience on Workflows, AME and RICE components
* Strong PL/SQL experience
Minimum Qualification& Criteria:
* BE/BTech/MCA/MS
* 7+ years hands on experience
