Customer Service role - Chester, 18 months

The Role: You will be working within a department handling a large variety of inbound calls from our customers ranging from simple questions to more complex queries regarding their credit cards. You will promote appropriate services, products and benefits to customers.

Hours: 14 week rota with an average of 35 hours per week over 7 days Earliest start 06:45, Latest finish 22:15

Pay:

£8.62 p/h for shifts starting between 7.00am and 11.00am £9.48 p/h for shifts starting after 11am In addition to your salary, a monthly incentive package is available to all associates depending on performance Start date would be the 23rd May or the 31st May - before applying please ensure you have no holidays booked over the 1st 12 weeks.
