Description
UX Architect / UX Designer wanted for our Zurich based client within the insurance sector.Your experience/skills:
- Passion for user-centered design and demonstrated knowledge of information architecture and information design
- Experienced in performing Usability Tests
- Some experience with Personas, User Centric Design, Prototyping, Mockup, user scenarios, UX specs and best practices
- Ability to create meaningful UX deliverables, knows user stories, wireframes, task flows.
- Strong analytic skills
- Knowhow of visual design and design patterns
Your tasks:
- You will create personas for HR (UCD)
- Assessment as is situation
- Identified KPI's, identified areas for improvement, and create a concept
- Prototype (Paper, Mock Up, etc.) and test it with selected users
- You will create decision basis with draft roadmap
