Senior Business Analyst Banking Contract Dublin 6-12 Months.
My client a leading name in their respected industry is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to work with my client a leading finance house.
As a Business Consultant within my clients Consulting Group, you will be responsible for gathering the business requirements directly from the Customer. You will have around 8-10 years of commercial experience, having worked on complex assignments for Financial Institutions globally as well as a subject matter expert in Channels with relevant experience in digital transformation program with ideally global banks. Experience in Finnacle or Backbase along with agile methodology and agile implementation of IT projects would be highly desirable.
Candidates will have Worked on Omni-channel Transformation programs (Mobile, Online and Branch operations) and also provided consulting to banks on Channel transformation. You will interact with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation etc. You will also conduct requirements workshops with stakeholder teams and driving other relevant discussions with client teams. Candidates will work closely with the delivery/implementation teams to provide domain inputs and also support the team with agile development of new solutions and services. You will translate business requirement document to software requirement specifications or User Stories
Other duties will include Leading the business analysis team in stakeholder discussions and reviewing Test strategy & test specifications, assist in Functional testing and provide UAT support
Successful candidates will have 6-10 years' experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation in Channel Banking and Digital banking initiatives. 3-4 of these years will be working on Channels (online, branch, mobile) or Finacle Implementation.
