For a project of our client, an international Bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior PMO Analyst - Regulatory Project (3769)
Our client is engaged in a multi-year regulatory reporting initiative that requires to breakdown all financial assets and liabilities along six cumulative dimensions for both immediate counterparty and ultimate risk. The Project is also expected to define a roadmap and target state to ultimately decommission the current financial close management tool.
The ideal candidate will play a key role within the team that ensures the project meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption and usage.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in large-scale change efforts as well as in change management principles
- Experience with MS Project is an advantage
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project lifecycle
- Profound Knowledge in AGILE / Scrum project methodology is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Active listening skills and ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work well under pressure
Responsibilities
- Providing verbal and written communication on program/project status
- Administration of risks and issues
- Support in other Project Administrative tasks - Sponsor/StC Meetings
- Support in Project Finance Management and in organizing project resource management
- Aide in keeping track of plans, quality standards, deliverables and dependencies
- Lead and coach a small team of junior project support specialists
