Position Title: Executive Solution Sales Manager of CS, IMS and UC

Responsibilities:

Engaged in company-level core network projects as an executive product manager, including strategy development, strategy implementation and client communication.

Developing strategic direction, organize and coordinate all project resources.

Handle C-level dialogues; become strategic consultant for the customers.

Provide end to end solutions to customers; Share summary of sales method and sales strategy; Formulate guiding bid documents.

Complete seller competence enablement to front-line solution sales managers, including method, strategy, case summary, experience sharing and specialists training.

Conduct analysis of competitors; Analyse shortcomings and advantages of competitors CS/IMS solutions.

Strongly guide project bidding and solution planning.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
-
10+ years of core network solutions experience, working on leading positions.

Strong background in solution development and marketing experience in the field of telecommunications.

Proficient in carrier core network field for mobile and fixed, including but not limited to: NFV, VoLTE, WoWiFi, VoBB, FMC, Real Time audio and video communications, corporate communications, business communications solutions.

Proficient in CS, IMS, RCS, SBC, DRA, STP, UC, PBX and other key products of core network.
Excellent English presentation skill. Handle C-level dialogues.
