Oracle CRM On Demand Consultant to manage the support and administration of a global CRM On Demand system directly with end users. Responsibilities include assisting with the gathering and analysis of business requirements, user communications, development and delivery of user training, daily user support, coordination with international CRM support contacts, identifying and spearheading process and system improvements, documenting business processes, requirements and designs, vendor management etc
