Job Title : Weblogic Administrator
Job Location: Helsinki, Finland
Job Type: Contract
The Job description/required skills are as follows:
- To Ensure Resolution of tickets with an emphasis of reducing recurring tickets through problem management and root cause analysis leading to higher customer satisfaction .
- To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements
- To update self on latest technologies and related areas
- To troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the clients.
- To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc.
- Resolution of tickets with an emphasis of reducing recurring tickets through problem management and root cause analysis leading to higher customer satisfaction.

- Weblogic Administrator Skills
- WebLogic server administration
- WebLogic basic configuration and code deployments (using Nordea deployment tools)
- MQ Series Administrator Skills
- MQ Manager configuration and troubleshooting
- FTP and MFT configuration and troubleshooting
- Oracle/Linux Administrator Skills
- Oracle database (especially on exadata) configuration, database management (DDL and DML)
- Linux basic server administration (start/stop of Servers etc.)
General Skills
- Each of the above Administrator skills to have the following additional skills;
- Good appreciation of test approach and V-model of testing with separate test stages for system testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Experience with ITIL-based serivce management practices and tools including service requests (ticketing), problem incident management and so on
Desirable Skills
- Experience in test environment management
- Experience in payments systems environment or other applications that heavily rely on near-Real Time messaging as opposed to file-based batch-processing
- Experience with JIRA and defect tracking tool
- Experience in preparing technical deployments for production environments including storybook development and rollout rehearsals
