Customer Insights Manager
Richmond
9 month contract, £pd

Are you an experienced insight manager looking to join a global E-commerce business?

As the Customer Insight Manager you will analyse how users interact with the website and apps in order to recommend improvements for the customer journey. You will be working closely with the marketing and CRM teams as well as managing a small team of analysts.

As a crucial part of the team you will be responsible for ensuring a data driven approach to product development as well as making appropriate product recommendations.

Skills
*5 years' experience in an analyst role
*Experienced in digital analytics
*Previous/current team management position
*Experience analysing research data and NPS
*Advanced SQL skills, including programming skills
*Proven experience with large data sets (using SQL/SAS/SPSS/R/Tableau/Qlikview/Hive/Hdoop/Google BigQuer/Python)
*Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA)
*Knowledge of A/B testing and MVT an advantage
*Ability to prioritise and manage various projects
