NK058 Functional Analyst Oracle P2P, Banking, Brussels
The Financial Division are looking for a Functional Analyst Oracle P2P
be part of the Finance Support team.
They are starting an initiative to review the full P2P cycle focusing mainly on Purchasing, workflow & notifications.
Your role will be to:
- perform the as is analysis of the current process, workflow and notifications;
- review with the different stakeholders the issues of the current set up, review the audit and risk assessments;
- propose solutions.
Your Profile:
You must have extensive experience in the following finance process: Procurement, AP and AME (others like GL, AR, Cash Management, SLA, AGIS, Project Costing are an added value)
* You have extensive experience as a functional analyst in this topics
. You are able to work under pressure and can cope with strict deadlines, you have a hands on approach
. You are able to successfully prioritize tasks and coordinate several priorities at once
. You are a proactive team player
. You have strong interpersonal skills - ability to listen to the users, and present messages clearly and convincingly to a senior audience
. You are fluent in written and oral English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch would be an asset
. You have excellent analysis skills (analytical, synthetical and critical mindset)
. Experience on OBIEE/BI APPS and ARIBA in combination with EBS is an added value
Rate: euros per day
Location: Brussels
Duration: 6 months extendable
Languages: English but Dutch and/or French desirable
