Your tasks:
- Support the whole life-cycle of an application (2nd and 3rd Level Support)
- Analyze and fix incidents & problems as well as bugfix applications
- Optimization and tuning of applications
- Maintain technical, operational and on-call documentation
Your qualifications
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server Administration
- Well skilled in Shell scripting (PowerShell)
- Good application server skills (IIS)
- Understanding of Database techniques and Middleware
- Fluent in English
