Description
CRM Business Process Lead with experience in Front Office Banking processes especially in relation to Sales & Marketing sought by a leading Financial Services organisation for a large Salesforce implementation.
This recruit will work with the business community in the local retail banking branches across Africa, leading the stakeholders in an effective way, thinking through requirements and processes and mapping them, handing over to the Product Owner and the delivery team.
Requirements
- Experienced Functional Lead with solid knowledge of Sales & Marketing within Financial Services, ideally retail banking.
- Understands process reengineering and can help lead stakeholders and requirement gathering.
- Salesforce experience preferably, alternatively MS Dynamics, Oracle CRM or similar.
- Background in international projects - not necessarily in Africa -but with a good variety of cultural understanding.
