Solution Architect with hands on experience of Microsoft SQL Server Technology Service Stack, is now required to join our client in Dublin
Role Description:
Team Development
Operations - Ensuring operations run smoothly without escalation, meets all SLAs, On - call support. Resources have the correct skillsets and team is right sized.
Knowledge Base/Documentation: - Ensure process documents and run books are kept undated + ticket quality
Escalation point and client interface: Point of contact and escalation point for track performance. Need to interface with client in scheduled meetings
Incident Management + Change Management
Root cause analysis/problem management (Trend analysis etc..) + Capacity/Architectural management
Customer Feedback (Appreciation, CSAT survey results)
Process adherence & security compliance
Value adds
Reporting and operations review with customer
Skills:
Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server Technology Service Stack - SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL language and SQL stored procedures, views development
Implementation of industry best practices related to Data warehousing & Business Intelligence
Hands on Tableau reporting tool. Knowledge of Tableau administration preferred.
Familiarity and hands-on experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint solutions
Architect Familiarity and hands-on experience with Orbus' iServer (technology stack, meta-model adjustments, model & content creation) is desirable
Familiarity and hands-on experience with Software/Solution modelling (for SA as well as for EA) and consulting architects in this space is desirable
