Description
Core Experience:
a. SAP BI experienced with more than 14 to 15 years deep technical experience in delivery of SAP BI based programs and solutions in a complex landscape.
b. Hands on experience and deep knowledge in SAP BI Suite which includes - BW (Business Warehouse), BPC (Planning and Consolidation), HANA, BO (Business Objects). Good command over ABAP is a must.
c. Good working knowledge of over SAP environment must - Interfacing with SAP Source Systems (ECC, SCM etc.), Basis, Portal, SolMan.
d. Good understanding of SAP BI Roadmap (vendor perspective), architecture, best practices and overall strategic elements with proven ability to provide recommendations clients.
e. Experience in Managing Applications in SAP BI landscape - including Support processes (eg Process chains, data loads, monitoring), system up keep (Migrations, Upgrades, Refreshes), best practices of AD to AM, SPA standards, ITIL process.
f. Experience in Consolidation, Portal based solutioning, BO Administrative and Basis related BW activities.
g. Experience in Application Development in SAP BI - including architecting solutions for new developments, understanding client requirements and capable for delivering the solution within SAP BI within agreed timelines
h. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, should be able to play back and convincing client on view point and agree on joint actions as applicable.
i. Capable to engage in client discussion and participate on strategic meetings building professional and personal relationship with client and other stake holders.
j. Should be self-motivated on identifying improvement areas for AM engagement and proactively driving them to closure
k. Should be conversant with AD and AM life cycle in SAP BI context, including change management
