Richmond - £275 to £320 Per Day DoE - 9 month contract
My client, who is an online retailer, is looking for an Customer insight Manager to join their team in July.
This exciting role at is all about making data a key part of the product development process. You will be responsible for championing data quality, promoting and presenting data driven decisions and supporting the product development and marketing teams.
Job Requirement
- 5+ years' experience in an analyst role preferably with a high-traffic web site in a relevant industry
- Extensive experience in digital analytics, including experience managing a team
- A strong academic profile with an emphasis on quantitative skill (eg a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science/engineering, physics, economics, business, finance or similar)
- Experience analysing NPS and research data
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience of Google Analytics is strongly desired
- Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of programming skills required to access and manipulate data
- Experience with multiple relational database environments like SQL Server, Teradata, DB2
- Proven ability to understand and work with large data sets (using SQL/SAS/SPSS/R/Tableau/Qlikview/Hive/Hadoop/Google BigQuery/Python) is essential
- Excellent Microsoft Excel (incl. pivot tables, VBA) and Powerpoint skills
- Knowledge of A/B testing and MVT an advantage
- Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and concisely
- Ability to prioritise/juggle different projects
- Experience in managing junior or senior analysts
- Strong interpersonal skills
