Our Finance is working on making even more business processes automated. In this work we focus on the entire flow from applying for a loan, getting the approval, to receive out payment on the account. This is a high priority project and will assure a leading position on the market. Approximately 275 uses the internal Back End, customers and partners are supported on a web interface. The Back End is built on Oracle Forms/Reports connected to an Oracle database.
You will act as lead developer, showing the path for the rest of the team; inspire use of best practises in a highly regulated environment. Moreover you should be capable in acting as bridge from IT to our business partners. If you could show a track-record of being structured, proactive and self-driven we have a match!
Ideally you have acted as lead developer before, and it is a plus if you have experience from the finance industry but not a requirement.
Our change processes is based on ITIL principles so either a certification or previously working in an ITIL driven organisation would also be good.
You will start formulating check in strategy, programming standards, and ensure that these will be anchored in the team.
Fluent in Danish and English is a must.
