Core Banking Monitoring and Incident management architect
The resource will act as the glue between the existing monitoring team and the Core Banking Program monitoring resources where the architect are responsible for creating solutions when events happens. Such as applications stop working, events correlations etc. The purpose is to ensure we can build and update the event management and monitoring solution to match the high quality demands for the future. A lot of the monitoring tools exist in the team, but we need to further evolve the platform to make sure it can provide a best in class service oriented event management and monitoring solution. Therefor our costumer are looking for an architect with an analytic approach who understands the compelxitiy of the organization and infrastructure and who can involve the right stakeholders for in-deep knowledge for the future solution.
This new resource will be hosted in the monitoring team, but work dedicated for Core Banking Program project.
The resulting solution will be the base for the future costumers global monitoring and event management solution.
The resource should act as an architect, designing the to-be solution but also perform implementation. Hands-on deep dive skills of the existing tools is a requirement.
