Introduction:
We are seeking a Knowledge Transfer (KT) and Training expert for one of our clients.
KT Role/Responsibilities
- Utilise existing project KT templates
- Manage the process for transfer of functionality and best practice between System Integrator (SI) project team and the project team
- Transfer business knowledge from the existing finance team and the transitioning business units to an operational team
Training Role/Responsibilities
- Refresh the training strategy,
- Define the training needs analysis and associated curriculum with the Business Units
- Develop new and update existing training material
- Manage training pilots and end user training schedule
Skills/Experience
- 5 years in Project Transition/Training Delivery Experience
- 5+ years' experience in developing and delivering training programmes and facilitating change through training
- Experience of transitioning processes within/across organisations and/or training delivery management experience
- Understanding of Learning/Training and Knowledge Transfer methods/techniques
- Proactive and a self-starter, with excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work towards strict timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Credible and trusted source, confident in interacting with all levels of individuals
- Positive 'can do' attitude with excellent problem solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Preferably has a qualification of NFQ Level 8 (Hons Degree)
- Oracle/or Shared service KT experience an advantage
