Description
A Clerk of Works/Construction Supervisor is required for an exciting new UK based Pharmaceutical construction project.Supporting the Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the external appointed contractor who is constructing this new build facilities shell.
Day to day you will be responsible for ensuring;
*Health & Safety is adhered too
*Quality is upheld
*Coordination of the construction logistics
*Contractual obligations
*Transitioning to operations
Skills/experience required:
*Ideally degree qualified in Civil/Structural/Architectural engineering
*Prior experience working as a Clerk of Works or Construction Supervisor
*Proven background in delivering GMP or laboratory projects
* Proven background acting as a client representative
*Computer literate
*Able to read engineering drawings and functional specifications
*Experience managing external contractors
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
This initial contract opportunity will be for 12 months with the likelihood of further extension.
