FileNet Consultant - Brussels, Belgium - English speaking
One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a FileNet Consultant
Tasks
Daily FileNet CE/PE administration
Monitoring (iCinga), checking logs and KPI - Ensure availability en quality of service.
CE - Create new object stores according to the FPS Finance's standards
CE - Implement changes (classes, properties) on object stores based on design documents provided by DRMC
CE - Replicate designs between environments (DEV-ACC-PRD-TRN)
CE - Provide support for the mass upload of documents in FileNet
CE - Investigate "document not visible" complains
CE - Provide support to the development/business application teams who store/read documents in FileNet
PE - Deploy new workflows
AE - Administer the workplaces and components
CN - Content Navigator administration
Collaborate with other operational team to resolve complex availability and performance issues with the business applications
Handle ITSM tickets within SLAs
Process requests coming by email in the "Ops-FileNet" group mailbox
Request infrastructure resources from other groups
Recommend improvements to the existing architecture/configuration
Share the info with the rest of the team and document important changes

JRSS - Infrastructure Architect:
General Skills needed:
FileNet administration services. FileNet product suite administrator for Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine, product versions 3.5 and 4.5. It is Infrastructure administration - so no FileNet development skills necessary. Windows platform Solaris knowledge is a plus Centera experience is a plus This profile should be a mature person with 3 to 5 years experience in this domain.
