Project Accountant - SAP - ACCA - CIMA
A leading Energy and Utilities client of Pontoon is looking for a Project Accountant to join their site in Warwick as part of a large scale European Development Project of Work.
Job Purpose:- Assist with all Accountancy requirements for the European Development Project.
Key Skills required: -
Moderate SAP Skills
The ability to build relationships across the business
Experienced in Financial budgeting, costing and forecasting
Financial, management and/or project accounting experience
Ability to manage workload and prioritise to meet tight deadlines
Able to work effectively in a small team and on diverse projects
Good Excel skills
Ideally PQ or Finalist in Accountancy Certification or equivalent experience.
Key Tasks:-
Prepare monthly accounts and management information
Management of purchase orders, supplier MI and costing
Manage, monitor and report on monthly timesheeting
Preparation of grant claims including detailed audit trail
Preparation of cost and funding forecasts
Support the delivery of robust and effective processes and implementation of process improvements
