For our client we are looking for a IT Integrator.
In-depth automation of the IT processes demands extensive IT knowledge. Within the organization, a demonstrable IT background or proven IT knowledge is a prerequisite to being able to address the challenges faced.
Description IT Integrator (QR3898) :
IT Integrators are expected to collaborate with management and employees to create an organization that is less complex, more effective and more decisive and therefore achieves its Continuous Delivery goals.
IT Integrators coordinate translation from epics to feature stories in collaboration with line management and the Blueprint Experts. They also coordinate activities across various product backlogs during the implementation of major initiatives involving multiple DevOps teams. They recognize the correlation/dependencies between the activities of the various DevOps teams and ensure that bank applications that operate together in chains go live or are decommissioned at the right time. To this end, IT Integrators maintain intensive contact with line management, Product Owners, EA, Blueprint Experts, those responsible for COPAF and other IT Integrators. In practice, IT Integrators will prove to be necessary in situations of correlating activities and dependencies between two or more DevOps teams.
Environment:
The department takes care of application development, performs various operational IT activities, manages the applications, systems and processes needed for activities and customers, and is responsible for the development and delivery of change programmes and projects in that domain. You will form part of a domain that is working every day to produce and manage high-quality software using Scrum and the Continuous Delivery Engineering Practices at a high, professional level.
Your profile IT Integrator (QR3898) :
You will need to have ambitious targets for your achievements and be able to coordinate the dependencies between the various DevOps teams.
You will need extensive knowledge of IT landscape and business processes. This knowledge and your people skills will enable you to have integrated solutions coordinated for the implementation and taken into production within the agreed timescales. This knowledge and your profile will enable you to challenge stakeholders at various layers of the company.
You need to be transparent and capable of facilitating discussions and alternative solutions.
You will apply your knowledge and skills to help the various DevOps teams perform their tasks successfully.
You must be able to bring out the best in people and achieve sound results with the teams and Product Owners.
Education IT Integrator (QR3898) :
When it comes to IT, professional and intellectual ability at higher vocational education (HBO) or university level.
Experience IT Integrator (QR3898) :
- Numerous years of relevant experience with IT implementations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Continuous Delivery and working with DevOps teams.
- Experience of working in a complex environment (empathy with the company and drumming up support).
- Experience of translating major epics/strategic programmes into achievable road maps.
- Knowledge and experience of IT environment factors, such as architecture, infrastructure and software, and demonstrable skills in applying associated architectural principles to your integration activities.
- Knowledge of business processes and the way in which IT systems support them.
