Support Analyst - Market Data wanted within an international bank based in Zurich.Your experience/skills:
- Hands on market Data services know how on TREPS/RMDS/Bloomberg and on content Windows admin Linux/Unix admin
- Expertise in scripting as well as good communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Handling user queries and incidents as outlined in the IT Service Catalogue
- Preforming minor changes such as writing scripts, reading code and changing batch jobs
- Resolving complex problems and devising workarounds
- Setting out the framework and standards
