Content Designer - Web, Mobile, Tablet, Offline, User Feedback
I am looking for a Content Designer to contribute to an exciting new digital service within the public sector. The Content Designer will create high quality public-facing content within an agile team of Developers, Designers and Analysts.
The Content Designer will:
- Ensure simplicity and clarity in content, removing complicated language and processes
- Demonstrate good web usability
- Communicate decisions and edits clearly and collaboratively
- Identify gaps and overlaps in content
- Develop content and format strategies
- Write and edit content across web, mobile and offline channels
- Manage relationships with subject matter experts
- Deliver high quality content based on insights and user testing
The Content Designer will have:
- Experience writing for web, mobile, tablet and non-digital channels
- Experience writing clear, accessible content
- Experience in employing user feedback to hone content delivery
