Content Designer - Web, Mobile, Tablet, Offline, User Feedback

I am looking for a Content Designer to contribute to an exciting new digital service within the public sector. The Content Designer will create high quality public-facing content within an agile team of Developers, Designers and Analysts.

The Content Designer will:

  • Ensure simplicity and clarity in content, removing complicated language and processes
  • Demonstrate good web usability
  • Communicate decisions and edits clearly and collaboratively
  • Identify gaps and overlaps in content
  • Develop content and format strategies
  • Write and edit content across web, mobile and offline channels
  • Manage relationships with subject matter experts
  • Deliver high quality content based on insights and user testing

The Content Designer will have:

  • Experience writing for web, mobile, tablet and non-digital channels
  • Experience writing clear, accessible content
  • Experience in employing user feedback to hone content delivery

The deadline for submissions is Monday the 23rd of May, 2016.
