Description
Responsibilities
- Analyse functional and non-functional needs critically
- Design technical and business configuration and assist in implementation and maintenance
- Manage daily development and support operations and other smalltasks on own system of responsibility
- Eliciting, identifying, gathering, documenting and vetting functional and non-functional requirements for new projects and tasks
- Perform research and writing tasks on basic and complex documentation projects to create product or process requirements documents, functional specifications, guides,etc
- Assist in providing time estimates for project related tasks.
- Create test scenarios and develop test plans to be used In testing the business applications In order to verify that user requirements are incorporated In to the system design
- Perform quality assurance functions, systems testing, and user acceptance.
- Work with users and support teams to identify, diagnose and solve system issues
Proficiency
- Appropriate IT skills (basic understanding on: linux/database/Java applications, SDLC, software project mgmt, application testing)
- IT analysis proficiency
- Experience in similar roles in IT
- Fluent in English and Danish
- Experience in SAS Fraud Management (SAS Institute) is preferred
