Tasks and background:
The resource shall be part of a team working with developing customer adaptations on the Ericsson Network Engineer (ENE) platform.
The target of the project is to implement ENE as the GIS based tool for the customer to plan, design and keep track of their physical fiber network.
The customer adaptations is mainly focused on developing customized functionality in the User GUI of ENE.
The customer adaptations is developed using .NET C# and the ENE API.
ENE is an application on top of the ArcGIS Map product from Esri
Required qualifications:
.NET and C# programming - 5 years (Visual Studio 2012 or higher is required, preferably 2013)
ArcGis API experience - 2 years (both GUI enhancements such as ICommands and querying the database using ArcObjects)
ENE API - desired (proven experience in using the ENE API and writing ENE customer adaptations is highly appreciated)
Python - optional but an advantageous
Experience:
- Candidates should have experiences of networks (water networks, electricity networks or if possible telco networks)
- Proven understanding of the concepts of inversion of control and dependency injection
- At least 2 years' experience specifically working in one of the following design patterns or equivalent (MVP, MVC, MVVM)
- Exposure and usage of TFS.
