For a 6 months project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedIT Project Manager - Global IT Platform (3794)
In this position, you will work on the implementation of various new business offerings in APAC (Asia-Pacific). Furthermore, you will work closely with Operations to solve operational risk, regulatory requirements and issues in client service quality within the area of Investment Banking IT.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in working as a Project Manager with a banking background
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Practical experience of applying various project management methodologies
- High degree of flexibility and "can do" attitude
- Desire to contribute to the achievement of financial results and secure cost and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Deliver program objectives
- Manage all aspects of the project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Lead a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
