For a project of our clients, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

IT Project Manager - Output Management (3796)

The ideal candidate will work in the Output Management area and supervise projects in Wealth Management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering the objectives of a number of inter-linked global and cross-functional projects, building together an entire strategic program. This includes responsibility for the timely implementation of defined project objectives in line with quality standards and budget.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience in working as a IT Project Manager, preferably within a large company
  • Experience in the Output environment
  • Ability to coordinate a Team and to solve complex problems
  • Practical experience of applying various project management methodologies
  • High degree of flexibility and "can do" attitude with a high degree of autonomy
  • Excellent technical understanding
  • Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Fast learner and self-starter attitude


Responsibilities
  • Deliver program objectives
  • Manage all aspects of the project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
  • Lead a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
