Description
Summary- Seeking a Wireless Engineer to provide design and engineering expertise with the Enterprise Wireless Network.
- Specifically this position will be responsible for surveys and deployments of wireless infrastructure, primarily in the territory, but in other areas periodically as well.
- Resource must have 3-5 years experience in the following:
- Experience with RF-design including site surveys and survey tools such as AirMagnet or Ekahau
- Immediate hands-on knowledge of Cisco hardware including 5500 series controllers, Prime Infrastructure, ISE, Nexus series and Cisco chassis based Switches
- Experience with large-scale Cisco-centric network deployment and integration
- Experience in wireless design, configuration, roll-out/upgrade projects
- Knowledge of all relevant protocols including upcoming technologies such as 802.11ac Wave 2 and current software versions of wireless controllers, Prime and ISE.
