Description
Summary:- Support MDM applications for external and native applications.
- In addition to troubleshooting the MDM application, candidate will also be responsible for administering the MDM application on behalf of the customer.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with Support Business Clients.
- Experience supporting 24x7 either on-call or shift work.
- Previous Ticket Management (Open, Update, Track, Route, Close)
- Experience Troubleshoot Application Download Issues
- Application Configuration issues
- Experience Troubleshoot Device Enrollment Issues
- Server Internetworking
- Troubleshoot MDM Platform Availability Issues
- Strong communication skills
