My client is in the healthcare sector managing various retirement homes across the UK. They have an urgent 6 month contract requirement for an experienced Sales Executive or Sales Manager to generate & convert sales leads at their Winchester retirement home.
This contract will pay a basic of £90p/d + generous commission of a £500 bonus on each deposit received, totalling a possible £13,500 in commission.
The purpose of this Sales Manager (Sales Executive) contract is to work with the Home Manager in meeting & greeting families who are interested in these facilities, promoting the business brand & services, and running "open days" for potential customers.
As an experienced Sales Manager or Sales Executive you will have previous experience of maximizing conversion rates and hitting & exceeding set targets. You will also be working with the Home Manager in networking at various local events, and striking up relationships with local businesses related organisations.
The ideal sales candidate will come from a similar healthcare or retirement home background. Someone from a hotel, hospitality or Conferencing & Banqueting (C&B) background would also be very welcome.
