Job Description:
Seeking a well-rounded Senior Agile Software Tester with demonstrated success creating and implementing test strategies for product initiatives in a fast paced environment. In addition to being skilled in analysis, candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of software test design, test execution, and software engineering practices. This is a hands-on technical position and candidates must demonstrate a high level of technical aptitude, some programming ability, excellent problem-solving skills, and the drive to succeed.
The selected Agile Tester needs to possess a Testing Mindset and display an obvious passion for Testing. This should be evident in their natural curiosity and excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
In this position, the Agile Software Tester will perform varying tasks including (but not limited to):
Participate as a Professional Tester on one or more Scrum Teams
Help Define Acceptance Criteria
Develop Test Strategy per Sprint and per Story (including Non-Functional tests)
Define and Document Testing Tasks
Effort Estimation
Define Automation Requirements
Test Environment Coordination
Create/Update Test Data
Create/Update Test Scripts (Manual or Automated or SQL)
Test Execution (Non Exploratory)
Exploratory Testing
Test Reporting
Issue/Item Reporting/Research

Technical Skills:
Test Automation Tool Experience
Enterprise Web Project Experience
Ability to create non-trivial SQL Statements (Oracle and/or SQL Server)
Ability to read complex XML documents and create XML documents
Ability to read and perform simple modifications to HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Understanding of Web Services
Above Average Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mobile Operation Systems
Ability to read .NET/Java Code
Ability to read Perl/VB/Scripts
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
