Description
Templeton & Partners are looking for a Test Manager specialized in the area of system integration with broad experience of Fixed Income Back Office processing in combination with experience of the Calypso Platform.
The Test Manager must have thorough knowledge on how to work with tight deadlines ensuring a qualitative delivery, be able to catch up and understand the complexity associated with the test environments (and test cycles) in the bank. There will be a lot of communication within the different divisions within the Bank so good communications skills is necessary.
Delivery:
Quality Assurance (test) of all development/configuration done including end-to-end processes for the FIX implementation. Will be cooperating with PMs for each subproject to execute on common plan. Will be involved in all parts of the project including Business requirements, (eg ensure testability, test coverage), agile leadership, planning, bottom up estimates, follow up, resource management etc.
Description of project:
The systems Bond/PKM and Respect are currently used as the front- and Back Office systems for Swedish Domestic Fixed Income Products in the Bank. Key IT resources retire by end 2017 which will lead to a significant loss of competence and subsequent inability to provide the support required for a Class A application
The Bond/PKM applications are running on a HP VMS-platform, which by 2019 will no longer be supported by Hewlett Packard. There is a request that the person is Swedish speaking but English speaking is OK.
