Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work within the Architecture Team and SharePoint project team to define and implement paperless processes.
- Document existing and develop additional functionality to support existing business processes used within SharePoint and additional functionality needed to support the new functionalities.
Essential skills:
- SharePoint 2013 including installation and administration and development.
- Creating custom workflows in SharePoint Designer and SharePoint 2013.
- Experience in working with the business to transform existing manual processes into SharePoint Workflow.
Desirable skills:
- Experience in using SharePoint to deliver business solutions.
- Experience in transforming an organisation from manual to paperless solutions in SharePoint.
- Experience is using digital signatures within SharePoint workflows.
- Track record of successfully working within tight time-scales.
