Oracle Business Analyst French Speaking
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Oracle Business Analyst French Speaking
Globalisation of our Financial Systems platform, integration of recent acquisitions and implementation of Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) R12 and related set of common applications.
* Conduct project management for the topics assigned by following the items throughout all the project phases (business requirements, global design, detailed design, etc)
* Commit to delivery for all project phases
* Detailed Plan and sequences for the projects and topics assigned
* Participate in project communication
* Track project progress
* Identify project risks and issues
* Provide impact analysis as requested
* Participate in solution designs as required, review designs and provide the feedback to Functional Analysts
* Present impact analysis and make project recommendations
* Point of coordination between local and global Finance/Business teams and Technical teams
* Understand the new application, solution and challenge solution as applicable
* Defines test scenario and test cases
* Support the technology team and provide answers when required
* Follow up execution according to plan
* Help business and project teams to prepare UAT strategy
* Train the key and end users
* Deep understanding of the Finance and Accounting processes and organisation such as: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Statutory reporting, Month end close, etc
* Autonomous and delivery focused

* Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
* Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
* Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
* Familiarity with Oracle project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
