- Sybase ASE 15.0.3 and above (most important)
General (to support database and Middleware):
- AIX/Solaris/Linux
- Shell Scripting
- Windows 2008
List of activities:
- Incident Management and Production Support (including on call support 24/7)
- Problem Management
- Project Activities: architecture, installation, configuration, testing support
- Change and Release Preparation and Implementation
- Day to day administration
- Drive Improvement plan for the existing technical environment, technical migration
- Monitoring: Metric and Alerting Threshold Definition
- Maintain a Knowledge Base
