FTTH - Roll Out Project Managers (Scandinavian speaking)
For projects in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, we are looking for Project Managers (Junior and Senior) with experience in "Fiber to the home" projects and particularly the construction phase of such projects.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Lead planning and/or implementation of projects.
- Ownership of project results and deliverables.
- Participate and influence all project activities from concept through to complete systems acceptance of the Project.
- Manage subcontractors
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
- Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management as required.
- Ensure project team and staff training and development are achieved in line with the corporate policies.
Qualifications/Technical Skills:
- Proven experience working with FTTX projects.
- Experience with managing subcontractors in Roll Out FTTX projects.
- Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes.
- Good communication skills and Scandinavian speaking.
- Experience in Sub-Contractor negotiations.
- Bachelor's degree or similar in Business Management or engineering.
