Intuition IT is looking for an IS Functional Designer for a client in Brussels.
As a Functional Designer, you will:
Be in charge of translating business requirements into a structured IT solution while keeping a functional approach.
Help translating this functional design into well-tailored technical design.
Prepare functional integration test cases based on the requirements
Test the product before delivery to the users
Analyse potential corrective actions to be taken.
Coordinate technical designers and programmers during implementation of functionalities
Work closely with the business to ensure the final solution fits their needs.
Actively support the Project leaders in the project implementation
Mandatory skills:
Experience with Application Development of Administrative systems
Able to capture main topics in discussions with technical IT people
MS Office tools
Functional Analyst, in direct contact with Business stakeholders
Experience with analysis methodologies
Make the bridge between business, technical and functional worlds
Good knowledge in English
Knowledge in Dutch and French (One Fluent, the second one can be Basic)
Preferable skills:
Web based Client Server systems with MF Back End (Cobol/DB2)
Batch process experience
Project leading principles/experience - Prince2 methodology
Test management principles (TMAP)
Knowledge of technical analysis
