Are you looking to gain commercial exposure to an international client? An opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious organisations in the world based in Dubai has arisen for a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to work on a long term contract basis, the ideal candidate will come from an Airline industry, although this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
*Responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of large business IT projects and solutions involving business change/transformation, senior level stakeholder management and systems integration.
*Good experience working with VP's and SVP's and running steering committee
*Ensures the successful delivery of assigned business IT projects by applying best practices in project, system integration and change management to achieve on time, on budget delivery of the intended business benefits
*Be the single owner and point of accountability for end-to-end delivery of the assigned business IT project.
*Ensure successful (on time, on budget) delivery of assigned business IT projects through coordination with all involved parties including business stakeholders, other IT and group departments, and external suppliers (including off the shelf, system suppliers, service providers and offshore providers).
The successful candidate must be either PMP or Project/Program management certified, also worked within an Agile environment delivering large scale projects (Ideally within Data warehousing, Business Intelligence and Micro strategy)
