Function DescriptionFor our CIO Office in Brussels, we are currently looking for an open-minded and versatile Clarity Expert with experience in PPM and Financial module implementation.
This position supports the ITO development and continous improvement of project portfolio management (PPM) policies and processes.This role requires an in-depth knowledge and practical application of project management practices which includes waterfall and various agile methodologies.
The Clarity Expert will actively participate to the upgrade of Clarity (13.3 --> 14.x) and the implementation of Financial & PPM module.
He will be also involved in the monitoring and evaluation of business opportunities, training and coaching of users and communications to Clarity community.
Skills & Competences
•3+ years of experience managing and administrating multiple modules of Clarity (at least Portfolio Management & Financial)Responsible for the installation of new version of Clarity (13.3 --> 14.x)
•Experience with multiple lifecycle methodologies
•Experience to create and present Proof of Concepts based on new functionalityFinancial Service experience preferred
•Ability to coordonate/execute a Clarity Upgrade of Clarity (13.3 --> 14.x)
•Good knowledge of the Clarity Financial Management module (incl. Administration).
•Thorough understanding of Resource Allocation and Management best practices
•Thorough understanding of Portfolio Management best practices
•Ability to think creatively and follow a process
•Strategic Thinking related to Business Process Improvement
•Experience with multiple lifecycle methodologies
•Strong written / verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy
•Analytical - good with numbers/metrics
Conditions
Safir freelance is providing a freelance contract during the mission at our customer.
Start of this project is till end of this year.
