Spring are currently working in partnership with a UK market leader in Risk & Safety management solutions to recruit a confident and dynamic Campaign Manager/Marketing Manager with a passion for developing, managing and implementing exciting marketing campaigns.
The Role!
* Develop integrated B2B marketing campaigns and activity plans that use available channels effectively to achieve campaign objectives including lead generation and revenue.
* Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget.
* Work with key stakeholders within the business and external affinity partners to implement campaign activity.
* Provide briefs to external agencies including creative and media to deliver campaign activity.
* Write and edit copy for campaign and promotional material.
* Produce campaign effectiveness results, reports and presentations.
* Ensure campaigns have clear agreed metrics to ensure an appropriate ROI is being achieved.
* Coordinate campaign activity with web, social media and PPC activity to deliver objectives and lead generation.
* Effectively manage all lead generation through campaign activity including disseminating to relevant stakeholders and capturing on CRM
* Ensure brand and identity guidelines are upheld
* Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and be responsible for sign-off process where required
The Requirements!
* Marketing degree education or CIM diploma
* Minimum of three years campaign management experience within a B2B environment
* Agency management experience
* Strong copywriting skills
* Excellent communicator who can express ideas/concepts/strategies clearly and with enthusiasm at Board level and to peer groups
* Have great attention to detail
* Demonstrates creativity and commercial acumen
* Ideally marketing based degree or CIM Diploma
