Assignment Description
We are looking for a SAP Application Expert with several years of experience from customer master data in SAP CRM, ie configuration of the SAP standard application and definition of functional specifications for enhancements and integrations. The role includes alignment for customer object between the big client programs for Loyalty and online.
The position is full time with placement in Stockholm
Tasks
The primary tasks for the Application Expert are:
- Be a driver within customer related initiatives to understand CRM impact and convert business requirement to solutions:
- Gap analysis - Participate in requirement meetings with the business to define and document the complete scope and map against current solution
- Functional design specifications
- System configuration in SAP CRM
- Test - Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements and be part of execution of tests, both cross projects and to surrounding systems outside SAP
- Stabilization of solution
- Support data migration method and execution
- Provide system analysis
- Provide functional solutions and specifications for development of Enhancements and Integrations.
- Have solution overview
- Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
- Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Specific skills
Mandatory requirements
- More than 5 years of experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP CRM
- Thorough understanding of and experience from master data setup in SAP CRM, with special focus on:
- Customer/Business Partner object
- Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP ECC and SAP CRM
- Experience from large, global organizations
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
- Excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
