A new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst has arisen in Luxembourg.
To apply for this role you will need the following essential skills:
* University degree in IT or another technical domain or comparable qualification is required.
* Minimum 4 years of practical business experience in all of the below is required:
- Analysis and documentation of user requirements
- Creation of the project documentation
- Testing of the provided solution
* The staff member must demonstrate competences in:
- Projects targeting workflow systems and databases
- Project management and business analysis
- Document Management systems, including SharePoint and testing of software solutions
- Strong analytical skills and focus on details
- Working experience within the financial sector
- Excellent communication skills in English
Working as a senior business analyst your Tasks & Responsibilities will include:
* Analysis and documentation of user requirements: business rules, specific workflows and reporting requirements
* Creation of the project documentation: business case, project charter, use cases, detailed requirements, test plan document, etc
* Project follow up with teams from IT and the operational services
* Testing of the provided solutions and proposing improvements as the case may be
* Documentation, training of services and contribution to specific policies under implementation, mainly concerning document management
* For the two projects "Internal and external PCR" and "Procurement Risk Management" the following deliveries are expected:
- Development of the Business Cases/Project Charters
- Detailed Requirements from the business side
- Follow up with IT developers
- Test plan and documentation of tests for PJ, analysis and fixing of defects
- Tickets with detailed description; and documentation, training and introduction of the software solutions.
