Your tasks:
- Handle quality complaints, incidents and adverse events
- Enter records in global databases/tracking systems, and prepare regular reports according to legal, internal and corporate requirements
- Review records of returned goods, evaluate complaint reporting requirements
- Report cases to Swissmedic in line with Swiss legal requirements
- Support the local Qualified Person (FvP) to ensure that products are received, stored, handled, released, distributed and transported according to labelled, regulatory and GxP requirements
- Review documentation of incoming batches of medicinal products and market action
- Review customer, supplier and product master data
- Administrative support for the Quality unit and Vigilance (e.g., handling databases, contracts)
Your qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in Life Sciences or similar background
- Strong IT office skills (Mail, Excel, Word, SAP of advantage)
- Previous operational experience in surgical/medical devices and medicinal products
- Previous operational experience in handling data
- Knowledge of Vigilance and Quality Assurance
- German and English language skills
