For a six months project of our client, an international bank, we are looking for aFinancial Controller - Trusts (3821)
The ideal candidate will execute various controlling functions for and across the Trust department, in collaboration with different stakeholders. Furthermore, you will support all global finance responsibilities of the Trust department and the Head of Group Controlling. In this Position, you will supervised by and report directly to the Head of Group Controlling .
Your qualifications:
- Relevant qualification for controlling, management accounting and cost accounting, preferably with proven track record in a global organization
- Ability to learn fast, in a complex environment with an interdisciplinary role
- Able to communicate at executive level, in particular with written presentation and discussion materials
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills, Knowledge in SQL is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Good understanding of project management, in particular for change initiatives in a finance manner
- Proactive, "can do" mentality and willing to take the extra mile
Your Responsibilities:
- Data Preparation (Sourcing, Validation, Reconcilement)
- Contributing to the department's planning activities
- Review and maintain policies and controls, manage the internal supervisory framework, support responses to financial accounting requests on a global level, incident handling and other analytical related processes
- Support as finance expert in various projects
- Collaborating in Finance and Controlling topics with various functions and stakeholders (e.g. performance reports, annual board meeting reports, budgeting and deviation analysis)
- Play an active role as an interface between the front units, other business management units and the financial department
- Support in Transfer Pricing (framework extensions, monthly execution, etc)
