Description
Networkers International is looking for a senior PMO for a role in Paris :
Tasks: Project Monitoring:
- Prepare and consolidate the status of ongoing projects for the weekly meeting
- Follow up on action points
- Budget Reporting on ongoing projects
- Production of a dashboard for management and project managers
Support the IT team:
- Functional support to users on the document management tool and the tool claim
- Create and open new projects in the claim tool (Planview)
- Access management
- Monitoring of the CRA and Leave Management
Revision of financial and management reporting to:
- Monitoring and approval of supplier invoices
- Consolidation and analysis of the monthly budget
- Reporting by applying monthly KPI
- Preparation of the monthly meeting with management
Methodology:
- Responsible for the methodology used in the team
- Training of newcomers on methodological tools and methodology projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in PMO
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Project Management Experience
- Knowledge Map View or other project portfolio management tools
Good to have:
- Excel with VB
- PHP
